3. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
We collect only the minimum data necessary to provide our services:
-

Transaction & Subscription Data: We process all payments via Paddle. We collect subscription details (Paddle Order ID, Subscription ID, active plan, billing cycle, billing history, and next renewal date) provided by Paddle. Note: We do not store your credit card or full financial details on our servers; these are handled securely by Paddle, acting as our Merchant of Record.
-
Technical & Usage Data: Through server logs, All-In-One Security (AIOS), and Site Kit by Google, we may collect your IP address, browser type, device information, and download history.
-
Communication Data: Information you provide when contacting us via WPForms Lite or direct email.

We process your data based on the following legal grounds:

-
Legal Obligation: To maintain records for tax and regulatory compliance (facilitated by Paddle Invoice and Paddle subscription management).
-
Legitimate Interests: To secure our Platform via AIOS, prevent fraud (such as unauthorized account sharing, account abuse, or mass scraping as monitored via EDD logs), and improve site performance.
-
Consent: To use non-essential cookies via WPConsent.
5. DATA STORAGE & INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS
-
Server Location: Our Platform is hosted on secure servers located in the United States.
