  • Account Data: When you register, we collect your Username and Email Address to manage your subscription status and access to the Licensed Materials. This is managed via Easy Digital Downloads (EDD).

  • Transaction & Subscription Data: We process all payments via Paddle. We collect subscription details (Paddle Order ID, Subscription ID, active plan, billing cycle, billing history, and next renewal date) provided by Paddle. Note: We do not store your credit card or full financial details on our servers; these are handled securely by Paddle, acting as our Merchant of Record.

  • Technical & Usage Data: Through server logs, All-In-One Security (AIOS), and Site Kit by Google, we may collect your IP address, browser type, device information, and download history.

  • Communication Data: Information you provide when contacting us via WPForms Lite or direct email.

4. HOW WE USE YOUR DATA

We process your data based on the following legal grounds:

  • Performance of Contract: To fulfill and maintain your active subscription, manage your ongoing account access privileges via EDD, and provide access to the Licensed Materials.

  • Legal Obligation: To maintain records for tax and regulatory compliance (facilitated by Paddle Invoice and Paddle subscription management).

  • Legitimate Interests: To secure our Platform via AIOS, prevent fraud (such as unauthorized account sharing, account abuse, or mass scraping as monitored via EDD logs), and improve site performance.

  • Consent: To use non-essential cookies via WPConsent.

5. DATA STORAGE & INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS

  • Server Location: Our Platform is hosted on secure servers located in the United States.

  • Cross-Border Transfers: If you are located in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, your data will be transferred to the United States. We ensure a high level of protection by utilizing Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).

  • Remote Access: Our backend administrators may access the Platform from China for technical maintenance. This access is strictly controlled and conducted under the protection of SCCs. We do not store your personal data on any servers located in China.

We use specific professional tools that may process data:

  • Easy Digital Downloads (EDD): Manages customer records, purchase history, active subscription statuses, and file access.

  • Paddle Integration: Includes Paddle for EDD, Instant Checkout, and Invoice to process secure payments, automatically manage recurring billing cycles, and ensure tax compliance as the Merchant of Record.

  • All-In-One Security (AIOS): Processes IP addresses to block malicious attacks and unauthorized logins.

  • Site Kit by Google: Provides analytics to help us understand site traffic.

  • WPConsent: Manages your cookie preferences to ensure compliance.

  • The SEO Framework: Optimizes site content and generally does not collect personal user data.

7. DATA RETENTION

  • Subscription & Purchase Records: Transactional records and subscription logs are retained for 7 years to comply with international tax, accounting, and recurring payment legal requirements.

  • Account Information: Retained as long as your subscription is active, or as long as you maintain an active free/expired account with us. Inactive accounts with no active subscription or purchase history may be deleted after 24 months of total inactivity.

  • Security Logs: Retained for 90 days for fraud prevention.

If you are a resident of the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, you have the following rights:

  • Access & Portability: Request a copy of your data (including your subscription history).

  • Rectification: Correct inaccurate data.
