Account Data: When you register via Easy Digital Downloads (EDD), we collect your Username, Email Address, and an encrypted Password.

Transaction Data: We process payments via PayPal. We collect transaction details (Transaction ID, amount, date) provided by PayPal. Note: We do not store your credit card or full financial details on our servers; these are handled securely by PayPal.

Technical & Usage Data: Through Hostinger logs and Site Kit by Google, we may collect your IP address, browser type, device information, and how you interact with our Platform.

Communication Data: Information you provide when contacting us via WPForms Lite or direct email.

4. HOW WE USE YOUR DATA

We process your data based on the following legal grounds:

Cross-Border Transfers: If you are located in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, your data will be transferred to the United States. We ensure a high level of protection by utilizing Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission.

Remote Access: Our backend administrators may access the Platform from China for technical maintenance. This access is strictly controlled and conducted under the protection of SCCs to ensure GDPR compliance. We do not store your personal data on any servers located in China.

We use specific WordPress plugins that may process data:

Account Information: Retained as long as your account is active. Inactive accounts may be deleted after 12 months.

Payment Records: Retained for 7 years to comply with international tax and accounting laws.

Security Logs: Retained for 90 days for fraud prevention.
