Data Preview

The new energy vehicle (NEV) data begins from 2018.

This collection fundamentally covers the core cities for NEV production. The 16 major cities are: Shanghai, Beijing, Nanjing, Hefei, Ningbo, Guangzhou, Liuzhou, Wuhan, Shenyang, Wuhu, Xi’an, Zhengzhou, Chongqing, and Shiyan. Continuous annual data is available for each (with NEV production data beginning in 2018).

Additionally, data for Shenzhen (automobile production only) and Changzhou (NEV production data available only for 2020–2024) is included.
